About Our Intensive Outpatient Programs
What do the programs look like?

The IOP for 18-25 year olds meets Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from 11am-2pm.
​
The IOP for 14-18 year olds meets Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday evenings from 5-8pm and we are committed to working with each family's schedule. Monday and Thursday are the multi family nights for program. Tuesday and Friday are peer only.

The IOP for 11-13 year olds meets Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday evenings from 5-8pm and we are committed to working with each family's schedule. Wednesday is the multi family night for program. Tuesdays parents attend the first hour (skill) and the rest of the program is peers only. Fridays only peers attend.

Monday, Wednesday and Thursday programming follow the same format (for both HS and MS programs):
5-6pm DBT Skills Training with peers and parents
6-7pm Peer Process Group/Parent Process Group
7-8pm Multi-Family Process Group
​
A minimum length of participation is 10 weeks to enable teens and their parents to develop the necessary skills to improve the quality of their lives. Most families participate for 12-13 weeks before they are ready to leave the group.
